Sean McCaffrey returns in his new role as Program Director of Redmen Rugby. He had been the Head Coach from 1998 to 2007.
McCaffrey has guided the Redmen to six first-place finishes in the Quebec conference and four league championships (2002, 2004, 2006, 2007).
He has remained very active within the Quebec rugby community, holding various positions on the Quebec Rugby Federation’s board of directors, founding the Montreal Menace of the Rugby Canada Super League (RCSL), founding the Montreal Touch Rugby League, chair of the RCSL and assistant coach of the 1997 Maccabiah Games.
